Incoloy 800 is an austenitic superalloy based on nickel, chromium and iron with good oxidation resistance and structural stability. After solid solution treatment, the microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy are optimized. FEATURE

Corrosion Resistance Alloy: excellent corrosion resistance, excellent performance in a variety of corrosive media, especially in high-temperature oxidation and sulfidation environment, chlorides, low concentration of NaOH water soluble as well as high-temperature and high-pressure water, has excellent resistance to stress corrosion rupture performance.
High-temperature performance: good high-temperature strength and creep resistance in the range of 600-1100 ℃, can be used for a long time in high-temperature environments, can be formed at high temperatures in the dense oxide film, effectively protect the substrate from oxidation.
Mechanical properties: good mechanical properties, including high strength, good toughness and ductility, tensile strength and yield strength can remain stable at high temperatures.
