Incoloy 800 is an austenitic super alloy based on nickel, chromium and iron with good oxidation resistance and structural stability. After solution treatment, the microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy are optimized. Incoloy800 shows good creep resistance and fatigue resistance in High temperature and corrosive environments.

FEATURE

Corrosion resistance: It has excellent corrosion resistance and performs well in a variety of corrosive media, especially in high-temperature oxidation and sulfidation environments, chlorides, low-concentration NaOH aqueous solutions, and high-temperature and high-pressure water. It has excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking.
High temperature performance: It has good high-temperature strength and creep resistance in the range of 600-1100℃, can be used for a long time in high-temperature environments, and can form a dense oxide film at high temperatures to effectively protect the substrate from oxidation.
Mechanical properties: It has good mechanical properties, including high strength, good toughness and ductility, and its tensile strength and yield strength can remain stable in high-temperature environments.
