Incoloy 800H is a nickel-based high-temperature alloy with excellent high-temperature strength, oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance. It is widely used in industries such as chemical engineering, petrochemicals, energy and nuclear power. Its chemical composition is mainly based on nickel, iron and chromium, and also contains small amounts of molybdenum, copper, silicon and other elements. This alloy is typically used in situations where high temperatures and corrosive media are present, especially in applications that require good high-temperature stability and oxidation resistance.
FEATURE
It has excellent creep strength under high-temperature conditions and can withstand working temperatures up to 1000°C without significant deformation or failure.
Oxidation resistance: Due to the special ratio of alloying elements, it can form a dense oxide film in high-temperature and oxidizing atmospheres, protecting the alloy matrix from oxidation corrosion.
Corrosion resistance: It has good resistance to various corrosive media, especially in high-temperature, acidic or saline environments, demonstrating outstanding corrosion resistance.
Good processability: It has excellent cold and hot working properties and can be formed by various methods such as forging, rolling, and drawing. It also has excellent welding performance and is easy to connect with other materials.
Resistance to stress corrosion cracking: The addition of titanium and aluminum in the alloy reduces the precipitation of carbides, thereby enhancing its resistance to stress corrosion cracking.
