Incoloy 800 is an austenitic superalloy based on nickel, chromium and iron, featuring excellent oxidation resistance and structural stability. After solution treatment, the microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy are optimized. In high-temperature and corrosive environments, Incoloy 800 demonstrates outstanding creep and fatigue resistance.

FEATURE

Corrosion resistance: It has excellent corrosion resistance and performs well in various corrosive media, especially in high-temperature oxidation and sulfidation environments, chlorides, low-concentration NaOH aqueous solutions, and high-temperature and high-pressure water, with outstanding resistance to stress corrosion cracking.

High-temperature performance: It has good high-temperature strength and creep resistance within the range of 600-1100℃, allowing for long-term use in high-temperature environments. It can form a dense oxide film at high temperatures, effectively protecting the base material from oxidation.

Mechanical properties: It has good mechanical properties, including high strength, good toughness and ductility. Its tensile strength and yield strength remain stable in high-temperature environments.
