FEATURE

It has excellent long-lasting strength under high temperature conditions. It can withstand working temperatures up to 1000°C without serious deformation or failure.

Oxidation resistance: Due to the special ratio of its alloy elements, it can form a dense oxide film in high temperature and oxidizing atmosphere to protect the alloy matrix from oxidative corrosion.

Corrosion resistance: It has good resistance to a variety of corrosive media, especially in high temperature, acidic or salty environments, showing excellent corrosion resistance.

Good processability: It has good hot and cold processing properties, can be formed by forging, rolling, drawing and other methods, and has excellent welding performance, which is easy to connect with other materials.

Resistance to stress corrosion cracking: Titanium and aluminum are added to the alloy to reduce the precipitation of carbides, thereby improving the ability to resist stress corrosion cracking.
