0Cr25Al5 is a type of iron-chromium-aluminum resistance heating alloy, which is a specially developed material specifically for resistance heating applications. Compared with other similar materials, 0Cr25Al5 has unique performance advantages. Its maximum operating temperature in air can reach up to 1250℃, indicating that it can work stably in high-temperature environments and provide reliable heating support for various devices.
Meanwhile, 0Cr25Al5 also has a longer service life, which enables a greater surface stress to be applied during use. Its relatively light weight makes it a more economical resistance heating material compared to nickel-chromium alloys, while still maintaining performance without increasing costs. As the temperature changes, its resistivity remains almost constant, which helps to maintain the stability and controllability of heating.

FEATURE
  • Antioxidant property: This alloy has excellent antioxidant performance, being able to resist oxidation corrosion under high-temperature conditions and extending the service life of the alloy.
  • High tensile strength: Through appropriate heat treatment processes, a high tensile strength can be achieved, enabling it to maintain good mechanical properties in high-temperature environments.
  • Good heat resistance: It has good stability at high temperatures and can maintain its performance unchanged during long-term high-temperature usage.
  • Resistance to temperature change: This alloy has excellent antioxidant properties, being able to resist oxidation corrosion under high-temperature conditions and prolonging the service life of the alloy.
  • Heat conductivity: The alloy has a high heat conductivity, capable of quickly conducting heat and improving heating efficiency.
  • Mechanical properties: The 0Cr25Al5 alloy has certain tensile strength and yield strength, capable of withstanding certain tensile and compressive forces, demonstrating good mechanical properties. Its tensile strength is typically between 650-750 MPa, and its yield strength is typically between 450-550 MPa.
