GH1015 strip - High temperature alloy

GH1015 is Fe-Ni-Cr based solid solution strengthened deformation superalloy, the use temperature below 950℃, alloy to add chromium, tungsten and molybdenum and other elements for solid solution strengthening. The alloy has high plasticity, medium durability and creep strength, good resistance to cold and thermal fatigue, and good processing and welding performance and stability, the main products are cold-rolled sheet, bar, wire and forgings.

Alloys have been used in the manufacture of sheet metal structures such as aeroengine combustion chambers and afterburner cylinders and other high-temperature components.

The alloy has a certain age-hardening phenomenon when working at 700℃-900℃ for a long time, which reduces the plasticity at room temperature. The alloy has a tendency to oxidize along grain boundaries when working above 700℃ for a long time, and can be effectively protected by enamel coating. The oxidation resistance at high temperatures above 1000℃ is slightly worse than that of nickel-based alloys of similar applications. The alloy can be used as a substitute for GH2039, GH3030, GH3044, and GH3536 alloys.
