GH1016 strip - High temperature alloy

GH10 is a Fe-Ni-Cr based solid solution strengthened deformation superalloy, which is strengthened with chromium, tungsten and molybdenum. The alloy can be used for a long time below 950 ° C and for a short time at 1000 ° C. The alloy has good oxidation resistance, high plasticity, high thermal strength and good resistance to cold and thermal fatigue. The alloy cold stamping and welding process has good performance.

 

 

With the increase of solution temperature, the grain size of the alloy gradually increases, the tensile strength and yield strength of the alloy at room temperature decrease with the increase of solution temperature, and the elongation and shrinkage of the surface increase. The tensile strength of the alloy at 750℃ is basically unchanged, and the yield strength begins to decrease significantly at 1010℃, and becomes stable at 1040℃. The shrinkage rate will be greatly reduced, and the decrease will be accelerated at 1040℃, and the trough will be reached at 1130℃. The surface shrinkage of the alloy increases slightly at first, and decreases substantially at the beginning of 1070"C, and reaches the lowest level at 1130 ° C.

 

Applied to 700 ~ 900% turbine engine combustion chamber, afterburner and other parts.
