ERNiCrMo-3 TIG Welding Rod
ERNiCrMo-3 is a Nickel-Chromium-Molybdenum wire used for welding Inconel® 601, 625, and 690, as well as Incoloy® 800, 825, and 800HT to themselves or to each other. Nickel 625 provides excellent resistance to corrosion and oxidation, high strength and good fatigue resistance over a broad range of temperatures from cryogenic up to 1,800°F.
Our ERNiCrMo-3 Nickel Alloy Welding Wire has found wide applications for welding dissimilar metals such as the welding of Inconel alloys and Incoloy alloys.

ERNiCrMo-3 is used for welding nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy (ASTM B 443, B 444, and B 446 having UNS number N06625) to itself, to steel, to other nickel-base alloys, for cladding steel with nickel-chromium molybdenum weld metal, and for welding the clad side of joints in steel with nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy using the GTAW, GMAW, SAW, and PAW processes. This welding wire is recommended for applications where the operating temperature ranges from cryogenic to 1000°F [540°C].
