4J29 Invar alloy, also known as Kovar alloy or ASTM F15 alloy, is an iron-nickel-cobalt alloy with unique thermal expansion properties and excellent mechanical properties. It plays a crucial role in high-tech industries, especially in the fields of electro-vacuum industry, aerospace, and electronic packaging. Its preparation involves melting, casting, and heat treatment, and processing requires appropriate parameters. Heat treatment can optimize its performance.
 
FEATURE
1. Low coefficient of thermal expansion: Within the temperature range of 20 to 450°C, the linear expansion coefficient of 4J29 alloy is similar to that of silicon borate hard glass, making it an ideal sealing material in the electrical vacuum industry.
2. Good processing performance: This alloy can be processed through various methods such as forging, rolling, and drawing, and the surface quality after processing is easy to control.
3. Excellent mechanical properties: 4J29 alloy has a high tensile strength (518 MPa or 75 ksi) and yield strength (276 MPa or 40 ksi), which can meet the usage requirements under various complex working conditions.
4. Good thermal stability: This alloy maintains stable performance within a wide temperature range and is suitable for various high-temperature and low-temperature environments.

APPLICATION
1.
